Im sure most of you have seen the Gap “Be Bright” campaign. When I saw it I thought “oh thats cute and fun for spring but not so original”. Until today I saw one of my favorite magazines, Rue Magazine styled something for Gap and I HAD to see because I knew it would be great! I came to find that many of my favorite fashion websites and blogs styled a series for Gap called “Styld.by”. I was in love, even the title is clever! Such a great idea to appeal to an audience who is following style blogs for fashion inspiration. They are appealing to the new social media craze by making it easy to share the campaign on Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest. Two thumbs up Gap you hit the nail on the head with this one.
