As said by Miranda Priestly “Florals? For Spring? ground breaking.” But florals you can wear Winter to Spring I think its great! Florals have been re-worked many different ways and for some reason this year I am obsessed. Below are some inspirations of how to wear your florals now and for every occasion. Enjoy!
I know to some this is old news, but I recently found out about Kate Spade‘s new line called ” Saturday” and needless to say I am BEYOND excited. The new line launches in March and the collection includes bags, dresses, accessories and more. The best part about this line is everything is at a lower price point!
Pre-spring lines have been out in stores since the begining of January and if you are anything like me you are itching to wear a great floral print or a blush tone bag. The weather is still a bit chilly, so if you are wanting to wear some of your new spring peices now, try to incorporate them with some of your cozy winter favorites.
Here are some ideas if you are lost, add a leather jacket over a floral print dress with a pop of color shoe and you have a chic downtown look. A chunky winter sweater can be paired with an embelished skirt and a pastel bag. Keep your head warm with your floppy winter hat, but try it with a colorful maxi and a statement necklace. Play with items from all seasons and most of all have fun! To shop these items and more visit this page

Only three days till second weekend of Coachella, I’m so excited. I know everyone is doing Coachella posts, but I am so excited to be going I had to make a post. Above is what I made for what I think are the essentials for Coachella ( here are the items listed) . It is going to be about 100 degrees the whole weekend so light flowy dresses and cropped tops are a must! Bring a scarf, tie it around your bag or pack it, it is a good alternative to a blanket. Make sure to buy cheap sunglasses so you don’t lose your lovely Marc Jacobs sunglasses. bring comfy shoes that you don’t mind getting dirty. And of corse accessorize, accessorize, accessorize! Here are some outfits from weekend one I loved ! Continue reading
I had a request from a dear friend of mine Kyla, she asked if I would a post about what to wear to an interview. She wanted a professional yet still fashionable outfit. This is hard because it depends on several factors: what the job is, where you are, and the company. These pieces I put together are what I think are essentials for a work wardrobe. I think it is important to have color and pattern in your work attire so that it’s not the same black, grey and brown you normally see in the work place. You can add color by your shoe or a skirt or even with a lip color. Essentials to have are a watch, a cute work/laptop bag, and a good blazer. Below are some inspiration outfits! Continue reading
I was at my friend BreAnne’s house today when she told me that Rue la la was featuring Birkin bags, so I had to look. I always knew Birkin bags were so expensive, however for me I am in need of a new car soon and I can’t help but think you could buy a car for the price of a Birkin bag! Honestly I would take either if it was given to me, needless to say I spent a good 20 minutes looking at Birkin bags and everything Hermes, Swoon! (Check out the sale )
Pretty sure I’m late on the Jewel Mint bandwagon, but I am in love! Recently I decided to join Jewel Mint I heard nothing but good things about it so I thought, it was time! I was pleasantly surprised, with the site and not to mention the prices! Everything is one price $29.99! Cheap if you ask me. If you choose to become a member each month there is a new collection you can choose one piece or as many as you for $29.99 each or skip a month it’s up to you. I am already thinking it will be hard to skip a month. Continue reading
