I have had major separation anxiety, because I have not blogged in over 2 months!! That is REALLY bad! So much has been happened, I recently got hired at a local radio station as the Creative Services Coordinator, needless to say I have been busy trying to get my bearings at my first “big” girl job! A month after I was hired I went on a family vacation to Georgia, Alabama and Florida. To show you what I have been up to I thought I would share some of my favorite pictures from the trip!
Sometimes my favorite way to accessorize is just throwing on whatever strikes me at the moment. That is how I usually get dressed, but I find myself going back to the same outfits and same pieces. I think every once in a while it is important to go through your closet and create new outfits and this also applies to your jewelry. I have never done this before, but I randomly decided to take out all of my favorite items and lay them on the floor and start piecing them together in combinations I would not usually try. I mixed metals, mixed hard and soft, and I mixed girly and boho. I was pleasantly surprised with the different combinations I came up with and thought I would share my idea so you can be inspired as well and mix up your own accessories!
I recently got a new DSLR camera for Valentine’s Day (from my amazing boyfriend). I have been so obsessed with taking pictures of everything and anything. Needless to say we have been spending our weekends driving around different places searching for great shots, and living in the Bay Area there are so many great places it is never boring. I thought I would share some of my favorite pictures I took from the past couple weeks. None of these are edited, just straight off my camera, so if you are looking into getting into photography for fun and want some great pictures I would definitely recommend a Nikon D3100. Now that I have such a great camera I will be posting more pictures and some out fit posts! Stay tuned and I hope you enjoy!
One of my favorite aspects of fashion is the details. Bag, shoes, fabrics and jewelry are what make an outfit unique and stand out. Looking through Fashion Week Street Style images I found the detail images to be the most intriguing, here are some of my favorites.

I had so much fun at Coachella second weekend and it has taken me a while to post this but while I was at Coachella I covered a few street style looks for my internship with SnobSwap (post here). It was so hot the second weekend at Coachella people wore hardly anything but here are a few of the outfits I saw.

I am always inspired by photos and colors, here is a photo post of things that inspire me for spring! Enjoy!
I had a request from a dear friend of mine Kyla, she asked if I would a post about what to wear to an interview. She wanted a professional yet still fashionable outfit. This is hard because it depends on several factors: what the job is, where you are, and the company. These pieces I put together are what I think are essentials for a work wardrobe. I think it is important to have color and pattern in your work attire so that it’s not the same black, grey and brown you normally see in the work place. You can add color by your shoe or a skirt or even with a lip color. Essentials to have are a watch, a cute work/laptop bag, and a good blazer. Below are some inspiration outfits! Continue reading
Yesterday was the first day of spring and of corse I was inspired to go shopping for spring clothes. I bought a few things at Jcrew, but because I don’t have a job yet I cannot go crazy. If I could there are a few things on my list that I think are essential for a spring wardrobe this season. Maybe you can buy and share with me! Continue reading
